This role is pivotal in managing full-cycle recruitment for various positions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate information in the ATS while adhering to best practices and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for candidates
- Partner with hiring managers on selection criteria
- Screen resumes and conduct pre-screen interviews
- Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring compliance
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 2 years in talent acquisition
- Experience in law or professional services is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ATS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
