We’re looking for someone who thrives on both sides of the desk — building new client relationships, winning searches, and delivering top talent end-to-end. If you enjoy business development as much as recruiting execution, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships (outbound, referrals, network)
  • Pitch and win searches — positioning Kinect and closing business
  • Own client relationships with hiring managers and executives
  • Run searches end-to-end — intake → sourcing → interview → close
  • Deliver strong candidates quickly and consistently
  • Manage pipelines, drive process, and keep communication tight
  • Create a high-touch experience for both clients and candidates
