We’re hiring a full desk recruiter to come in and build a book of business from scratch. This is a true sales + recruiting role — you’re responsible for bringing in clients, running reqs, and closing deals.

If you’ve worked at places like Aerotek, TEKsystems, LaSalle, Insight Global, Apex, etc. — you know the drill.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and win new business (calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person)
• Run a full desk — from intake to placement
• Manage client relationships and grow accounts over time
• Recruit, screen, and close candidates
• Negotiate offers and drive the deal across the finish line
• Stay on top of your pipeline — this is a numbers game

Requirements

• 1–5+ years in agency recruiting or staffing (full desk preferred)
• Proven ability to bring in business or support revenue growth
• Comfortable making calls and building pipeline daily
• Competitive, money-motivated, and not afraid of rejection
• Strong communication — can talk to candidates and clients without sounding scripted

Compensation

• Base: $60K–$80K
• Uncapped commission
• Realistic Year 1: $100K–$140K
• Top performers: $150K+
