What You Get to Do:
As a Full-Desk Recruiter, you will own the talent lifecycle and drive local business growth by matching top-tier office professionals with premier employers.
- Maximize Earning Potential: Build a robust book of business and capitalize on an uncapped commission plan where your hard work directly dictates your paycheck.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner internally with Client Development Managers to instantly tap into warm accounts and identify new business leads.
- Source & Match: Proactively recruit, interview, and place top-tier professionals in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, and Business Operations.
- Own the Relationship: Act as a trusted consultant to local clients, understanding their business drivers and educating them on current Long Island market conditions.
- Negotiate & Close: Utilize your negotiation prowess to determine competitive candidate pay rates and profitable client bill rates.
- Be the Decision Maker: Use your independent judgment to manage placed talent, handle hiring/placement decisions, and resolve client concerns swiftly.
What You Vision & Experience Look Like:
We are looking for a tech-savvy, metrics-driven relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of professional sales experience.
- Recruitment Blueprint: 1+ years of business experience, ideally with a proven track record in professional-level recruiting.
- Industry Knowledge: A background or familiarity with Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations is highly preferred.
- Communication: Elite communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect authentically via phone, video, social media, and in-person.
- Tech-Savvy: Quick adaptability to digital tools, Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive), and cutting-edge CRM/ATS platforms.
- Resilience: The ability to work independently, manage multiple competing priorities, and smash metrics.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
