About The Role

We are hiring a Full-Desk Recruiter to own the entire recruitment lifecycle for our law firm clients—from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships post-placement.

This is a process-driven, high-accountability role that requires strict adherence to a structured, multi-step recruiting workflow. You will be responsible for ensuring candidates move seamlessly through each stage while maintaining a high level of communication with both candidates and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys managing multiple workflows simultaneously, and takes ownership of outcomes—not just tasks.

Role Breakdown

You Will Own Three Core Recruiting Functions:

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Generation (≈30%)

  • Generate candidate pipelines through:
    • Social media channels (including TikTok content)
    • Community engagement (Skool or similar platforms)
    • Outbound sourcing and inbound lead management
  • Engage candidates and guide them into the recruitment funnel
  • Educate candidates on the opportunity and encourage participation in the process
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality flow of qualified candidates

Candidate Management & Screening (≈40%)

  • Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates
  • Enroll qualified candidates into a structured evaluation process, including:
    • Skills assessment (multi-day evaluation)
    • Personality assessments
    • Background checks
  • Manage all candidate communication throughout the process
  • Ensure candidates complete each step on time and remain engaged
  • Conduct final interviews and prepare candidates for client-facing stages

Client Management & Placement Coordination (≈30%)

  • Act as the primary liaison between candidates and clients
  • Manage:
    • Candidate submissions (“sendouts”)
    • Interview scheduling and coordination
    • Facilitated final interviews
    • Draft and coordinate offer letters and start dates
    • Lead “Same Page” meetings prior to candidate start
  • Manage post-placement relationships, including:
    • Client check-ins during the first 90 days
    • Ensuring successful onboarding and retention
  • Provide clients with regular updates, including:
    • Weekly status reports
    • Open role / RFP updates

Core Process Ownership

You will be responsible for executing a highly structured recruiting process, including:

  • 4-day skills assessment
  • Personality assessment
  • Background check
  • Facilitated client interview
  • Offer + pre-start alignment

    • Full-cycle recruiter
    • Agency recruiter
    • Client-facing talent partner
  • Proven experience managing both candidates and clients simultaneously
  • Strong process orientation and ability to follow structured workflows
  • Excellent written and spoken English (near-native fluency required)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work full-time in EST hours

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience recruiting for:
    • Professional services (legal, consulting, etc.)
    • U.S.-based clients
  • Experience with social media sourcing (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
