Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with procurement departments at Managed Service Providers
  • Identifies diverse talent from internal networks, job boards, job postings, and other advanced recruiting resources and strategies like Boolean searches and networking groups
  • Bring in new business by cold calling or by using your network
  • Provide account management and service delivery support to all of our clients
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge about position requirements.
  • Prescreen candidates and check and their technical competency before presenting them to the account managers for submission
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates.
  • Work with candidates shortlisted by the client for a phone screen and face-to-face interview
  • Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and clients by providing detailed information on the company, job descriptions, and expectation-setting
  • Organize, lead and document post-interview debrief/feedback and update account managers accordingly

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in the staffing Consulting Industry
  • Ability to manage offshore recruiting support
  • Must have recent experience in IT/Non-IT staffing and recruiting
  • Advanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniques
  • Proven ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent
  • Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, other Job Sites, etc. to source Candidates
  • A clear understanding of recruitment concepts such as employment type (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent), tax terms (W2, 1099, and C2C), employment and residency status
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices
  • Strong relationship-builder
