What You’ll Do

This is a true 360 role with full accountability and full reward.

Business Development

• Proactively develop new client relationships through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
• Identify hiring needs within engineering, consulting, and executive leadership teams
• Negotiate terms, manage job intakes, and act as a trusted hiring partner

Account Management

• Own and grow client relationships through consistent communication and results
• Deliver market insights, hiring strategies, and honest guidance
• Manage multiple searches while maintaining high service standards

Recruiting & Talent Delivery

• Source, screen, and place top-tier engineering, manufacturing, and executive talent
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
• Guide candidates through the full hiring process with transparency and respect
• Close offers and ensure successful starts and long-term placements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a full-desk / 360 recruiter (agency experience preferred)
• Comfortable with new business development and not afraid of the phone
• Strong recruiting instincts and ability to assess technical and leadership talent
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Competitive, driven, and resilient—but grounded in integrity and empathy
