What You’ll Do
This is a true 360 role with full accountability and full reward.
Business Development
- Proactively develop new client relationships through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
- Identify hiring needs within engineering, consulting, and executive leadership teams
- Negotiate terms, manage job intakes, and act as a trusted hiring partner
Account Management
- Own and grow client relationships through consistent communication and results
- Deliver market insights, hiring strategies, and honest guidance
- Manage multiple searches while maintaining high service standards
Recruiting & Talent Delivery
- Source, screen, and place top-tier engineering, manufacturing, and executive talent
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
- Guide candidates through the full hiring process with transparency and respect
- Close offers and ensure successful starts and long-term placements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a full-desk / 360 recruiter (agency experience preferred)
- Comfortable with new business development and not afraid of the phone
- Strong recruiting instincts and ability to assess technical and leadership talent
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
- Competitive, driven, and resilient—but grounded in integrity and empathy
