SENIOR PYTHON ENGINEER

• Startup SaaS B2B (Data / IA / ML)
• Nearly 10 years old, European tech startup with > 5 000 clients (startups, scale‑ups, large groups in France and internationally)
• ~15 people in the team, including 5 senior tech members
• Modern stack focused on performance, scalability, and automation
• Flat management, culture based on sharing
• Technical stack: Python / FastAPI, Terraform, Ansible, ElasticSearch, OpenFaaS, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS
• Architecture: micro‑service serverless & event‑driven

Responsibilities

• Design software components aligned with the global architecture (security, scalability, availability)
• Contribute actively to the development of the new technical architecture
• Find elegant solutions to complex technical / business challenges (algorithms, architecture, etc.)
• Develop automated tests
• Deploy, monitor, and evolve services in production
• Optimize execution speed of large‑scale processing
• Explore and integrate relevant AI tools to automate and accelerate key team tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of development experience
• Passion for experimenting, testing, and deploying AI tools that improve team efficiency
• Strong interest in demanding projects to thrive professionally
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, used in production
• User‑impact mindset in development
• Skills in algorithmics, clean code, and clean architecture

Benefits / Modalities

• Salary based on profile and experience: €65 – 80 K + BSPCE
• Location: Paris / Full remote possible
