Role Description

This is a full-time Fully Remote role for a Contract to Hire Recruiter. The recruiter will source, screen, and expertly match candidates with client staffing demands across various industries. Day-to-day tasks include job postings, resume reviews, scheduling and conducting candidate interviews, preparing candidates for client interviews, and building long-term relationships with job seekers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a talent pipeline, collaborating with peers, and performing necessary administrative tasks to ensure seamless staffing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a high energy, self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organization and time management skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication, Listening, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Prior experience in staffing industries such as Administrative, Call Center or Customer Service is a plus
  • Proficiency in Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing is a plus
  • Experience in Interviewing, Assessing, and Matching Candidates to Roles is a plus.
  • Understanding of HR Processes and Employment Policies is a plus
