Job Title: Full Stack Agentic AI Developer Location: Hybrid - Bethesda, MD 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Work Permit: or s work permit Pay: 130,000.00 - 135,000.00 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, plus PTO, Holiday Pay, Paid Government Holidays and 10 paid vacation days, 401k w/match, Life Insurance and more. Job Description: In this job you will bridge traditional web development and autonomous AI engineering. Instead of just building basic chatbots, you will createself-directing workflows, autonomous coding agents and AI - Native applictations. You will need to have Modern autonomous development goes beyond traditional frameworks by adding AI orchestration layers. You will also need to have experience wiht Agent Frameworks, Preotocols and Integration as well as Full Stack Plumbing like Next.js and Fast API, PostgreSQL and Supabase are all good skills for this job. You will need to know how to create end to end Agentic AI systems that think, actand intract with the real world UIs, APIs and backend services. Leverage vector Databa to deign RAG pipelines with fast retreival and intelligent memory. Deploy productin-ready AI architectures, design, optimize is also good.
