Your future duties and responsibilities

Your role:

As a permanent member of the Montréal AI Practice, you will be responsible for designing and developing web and cloud applications that integrate artificial intelligence models. You will transform the power of AI models into tangible, intuitive, and secure user experiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop web applications integrating artificial intelligence models;
• Design and expose robust APIs (REST, GraphQL) to interface with models;
• Build modern and user-friendly interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI teams;
• Deploy and maintain AI-powered front-ends (chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants);
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability;
• Collaborate with ML, MLOps, and Cloud teams to guarantee the overall performance of solutions.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering;
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development, including at least 3 years in modern AI environments;
• Strong expertise in model integration (NLP, computer vision, LLMs);
• Strong sense of design, performance, and user experience.

Technological environment

Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, React, Vue.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL, Docker, Azure, AWS, Git, LangChain, OpenAI API, Streamlit.

Compensation and notices

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000-$155,000. This role is a future opportunity.
