Full Stack AI Engineer (Java + AWS + GenAI)

AWM team is looking for 3 AI engineers for AWM AI Reporting support work.

Responsibilities

• AI DLC focused engineer to drive our AI Accelerated adoption with expertise in managing probabilistic systems and overseeing AI agents. Preferably Java/Full Stack, Cloud based services (AWS)
• AI-Native Engineering, Systemic Oversight, and Operational Discipline.
• Moving beyond simple prompts to building systems that supply the right information to models (Simple POC to Production enterprise scale). This includes mastering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ground AI in real-time, proprietary data.
• Skills to debug non-deterministic failures and "hallucinations" using evaluation harnesses.
• Designing systems where AI agents plan, act, and use tools autonomously.
• The ability to translate vague business objectives into technical specifications that AI can process.
• Managing the expanded attack surface created by AI-generated APIs and endpoints. This includes adversarial testing and ensuring data privacy within AI workflows.
• AI Deployment & Scaling with focus on optimizing for latency and cost. This includes choosing between cloud, edge, or hybrid deployment strategies and managing vector databases.
• Architecture Discipline and maintaining a clear project structure and version control (Git) to ensure that AI-generated code remains maintainable and does not accumulate excessive technical debt.
• Focuses on the automation, deployment, and monitoring of the lifecycle.
