Role Overview

As a Full‑Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end AI‑powered agent platforms that serve HR and Finance functions. You’ll work side‑by‑side with product managers, data scientists, UX designers, and other engineers to turn ambitious ideas into reliable, production‑grade services. In addition to hands‑on coding, you’ll mentor junior engineers and help shape best‑practice standards across the team.


Key Responsibilities

Product Development • Build scalable, secure web applications and APIs that power AI agents.
• Translate product requirements into clean, maintainable code.
Front‑End Engineering • Develop responsive UI components using React (hooks, context, Redux, TypeScript preferred).
• Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross‑browser compatibility.
Back‑End Engineering • Design and implement services in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Integrate AI/ML models, orchestrate workflows, and handle data pipelines.
Data Management • Model, query, and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Write efficient SQL, migrations, and data‑validation logic.
Collaboration & Mentorship • Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives).
• Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and coach peers on best practices.
Quality & Reliability • Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests (pytest, Jest, Cypress).
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and incident response.
Innovation • Stay current with AI/ML trends, cloud services, and modern dev‑ops tools.
• Propose and prototype new features that enhance agent capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Must‑Have Details
Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production‑grade web applications.
Programming Deep expertise in Python (including async programming, testing, and packaging).
Front‑End Strong proficiency with React (hooks, functional components, state management).
Databases Hands‑on experience designing and querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
API Design Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
Version Control Git workflow fluency (branching, pull‑requests, code reviews).
Collaboration Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Problem‑Solving Ability to break down complex problems, propose elegant solutions, and iterate quickly.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Experience with AI/ML model integration (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
