Job Description

• Seeking an experienced developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level applications.
• Based in Audubon, PA, this full‑time role involves leading a development team, ensuring best coding practices, and working with a wide range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, guiding architecture and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Implement scalable applications and ensure code quality.
• Drive agile methodologies and manage the full software development lifecycle.
• Deploy applications using cloud platforms and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a developer role.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend development technologies.
• Experience with microservices and API development.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
