Your Role

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, high-quality software applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define and launch innovative features.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing software applications while participating in code reviews to uphold high coding standards.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure that software applications are continuously updated with new features and security enhancements.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation for new and existing systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 14 years of experience as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts, with proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
• A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience can replace the degree requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong expertise in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like Hadoop, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Big Data technologies, including MapReduce.

Security Clearance

• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Compensation

As part of our commitment to an inclusive workplace, Accenture Federal Services regularly reviews compensation ranges based on labor market dynamics. The anticipated base pay for this position is between $108,400 and $203,400 USD, based on experience and other factors.
