Full Stack Developer Advisor - TS/SCI Clearance Required

This role is contingent upon contract award and availability. Candidates will receive a contingent offer of employment, which will become final following successful contract award, position availability, and required authorization.

This position is fully onsite in Fort Meade, MD. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement assigned projects with a focus on quality and efficiency. • Plan, develop, test, and evaluate system capabilities with thoroughness and technical proficiency. • Conduct high-level systems analysis, integration, documentation, and implementation of complex systems. • Provide daily technical guidance and leadership to team members. • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in task-related work. • Utilize analytical skills to improve technical development and define user requirements. • Oversee all contractor engineering phases, particularly in relation to JCO system capabilities. • Serve as the primary contact for the JCC2 PMO regarding technical development of prioritized capabilities. • Lead technical analysis, planning efforts, and review requirements documents effectively. Minimum Experience & Qualifications: • Active TS/SCI clearance is required. • On-site presence in Fort Meade, MD is necessary up to five days per week. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience. • IAT Level II certification is mandatory. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field and software development. • 10 years of software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages using DevSecOps, microservices, and containers. • 2 years of container technology experience, including Kubernetes, Docker, and Amazon EKS. • 5 years of experience with bug tracking software, such as Jira. • 5 years of experience testing web-based applications across various security domains. • 5 years of leadership experience in software development programs or projects. • Experience in preparing and documenting systems tests for compliance with project standards. • Practical experience integrating and utilizing Restful interfaces. • Experience developing and deploying software in a cloud environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Agile Test-Driven development. • Integration experience in DoW DevSecOps environments. • 5 years of CI/CD development experience. • Experience enhancing and updating existing software applications.
