We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) with AI Engineering Focus, passion, drive, and a curiosity for modern technologies to help us shape the future of digital solutions. If you’re ready to bring innovative applications to life and be part of an international team – apply now!

Your mission: • Design, implement, and maintain complex full-stack applications with integrated AI/LLM capabilities • Deploy local LLMs and multi-agent systems to support automated, high-complexity workflows • Build and optimize RAG pipelines and MCP server integrations • Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve existing software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability • Experiment with and explore new technologies, driving innovation across digital products • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Germany, South Africa, and other locations • Contribute to code quality, system architecture, and user experience improvements

What you bring: • Several years of experience in backend and/or frontend development • Strong experience in Python (required for AI) and TypeScript/JavaScript • Familiarity with React, Next.js, Vue, or similar frameworks • Backend experience with FastAPI, Django (Python) or Node.js (JS) • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and vector databases • Experience in API design, microservices, event-driven architectures, and containerized deployments(Docker/Kubernetes)

AI Engineering Experience / Knowledge: • Working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and local LLM deployment frameworks (e.g., Ollama, vLLM) • Implementation of RAG systems with vector databases • Experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain) and tool orchestration • Prompt engineering, streaming responses, and token optimization • Pragmatic approach to integrating AI into production software solutions

Key Mindset: • Enthusiasm for building reliable, scalable software with AI components • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems across frontend, backend, and AI systems • Pragmatic, collaborative, and proactive approach to development challenges

Typical Projects: • Production-ready RAG systems • Multi-agent automation workflows • Local LLM deployments for regulated industries • Real-time AI assistants with human-in-the-loop feedback

Bonus / Nice to Have: • Open source contributions in AI, Fullstack, or DevOps domains
