About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Application Developer to join a small but mighty technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of custom applications that drive business operations. This is a high-visibility position where you will act as a technical consultant to management while building robust, secure, and scalable solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and deploy unit-tested full-stack applications tailored to business requirements.
• System Maintenance: Modify, enhance, or rewrite legacy applications to align with modern frameworks and evolving business needs.
• Architecture & Design: Lead discussions on UI/UX design, middleware architecture, and DBMS schema development.
• ERP Integration: Develop and maintain critical integrations between custom software and the company’s ERP platform.
• Strategic Consulting: Serve as a technical advisor to management regarding third-party development efforts and ERP application strategy.
• Best Practices: Deliver optimized, fully commented code following industry standards and leverage AI development tools to accelerate delivery.

Must Haves

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
• Experience: 10+ years of professional application development experience.
• C# & .NET: High proficiency in C#, Microsoft .NET, and Entity Framework.
• Frontend Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Core Web Tech: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Database & Servers: High proficiency in MS SQL Server and Microsoft IIS.
• Version Control: Expert knowledge of Git-based platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.).
• IDEs: Advanced experience with Visual Studio (2022/2026).

Nice to Haves

• Mobile Development: Experience with Native Android or React Native.
• Open Source: Familiarity with Open Source DBMS platforms or web servers (Apache, Nginx).
• Modern Methodologies: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and application testing methodologies.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Advanced Tools: Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve efficiency.
• Management: Project management skills or experience leading technical initiatives.

Other Important Info

• Salary Range: $100,000 – $115,000 per annum.
• Work Model: Onsite (5 days per week) in Mississauga. No remote or hybrid options.
• Compensation Package: Competitive base salary + Profit Sharing + Comprehensive Benefits.
