About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support platform functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and data teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Implement security and compliance best practices (HIPAA, data privacy) in application development.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across web and mobile platforms.
  • Stay updated with emerging web, mobile, and AI technologies, contributing to continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in ReactJS (web) and React Native (mobile apps).
  • Proficiency in Node.js for backend development.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Hands‑on experience with TypeScript for scalable application development.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or integrating AI/ML APIs.
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of API design, authentication, and integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics, recommender systems) and ability to integrate AI‑powered APIs.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Willing to work on‑site in Pune; healthcare domain experience is preferable.
