Job Overview

Fuzcore Group is seeking two experienced Full Stack Developers to join our fast-paced development team. This role is designed for engineers who are experts at leveraging modern AI-assisted development workflows to build, deploy, and maintain bespoke SaaS applications.

Rather than traditional manual boilerplate coding, you will act as a "Technical Orchestrator"—using advanced AI tools to generate high-fidelity code at scale. We are looking for developers who possess the deep technical foundation required to architect these systems and, crucially, the ability to manually intervene and resolve complex errors or "AI hallucinations" that automated tools cannot solve.

Key Responsibilities • Bespoke SaaS Development: Translate detailed client specifications and "napkin sketches" into functional, production-ready SaaS platforms. • AI-Assisted Workflows: Utilize high-level AI orchestration (vibe coding) to rapidly prototype and iterate on front-end and back-end architectures. • Technical Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous code reviews of AI-generated output to identify and fix logic flaws, security vulnerabilities, or performance bottlenecks. • Custom Feature Engineering: Manually code complex logic, custom integrations, and bespoke features that fall outside the scope of standard AI generation. • Systems Integration: Manage API connections, database schema design, and third-party service integrations (Auth, Payments, etc.) for pre-revenue applications. • End-to-End Deployment: Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, ensuring all bespoke applications are scalable and optimized for launch.

Work Schedule & Requirements • Working Hours: 8 hours of work per day with a 1-hour lunch break, strictly aligned with UK Business Hours. • Shift: Monday to Friday. • Experience: At least 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development (React, Node.js, Python, or similar). • Education: A B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field is highly preferred. • Hardware & Connectivity: For the first 6 months, you must have your own reliable laptop and a stable, high-speed internet connection. • Technical Proficiency: You must demonstrate a strong understanding of coding fundamentals. This role requires the ability to debug and fix complex errors manually without relying solely on AI.

Salary, Bonuses & Growth Path • Base Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦400,000 monthly, depending on experience. • Performance Bonus: A monthly bonus system based on the volume of work completed and the quality of code produced. High performers have the potential to more than double their base salary. • Equipment Policy: After 6 months of successful service, the company will provide a high-specification work laptop. • Performance Review: A formal review will be conducted at the 6-month mark to discuss base pay increases and long-term career progression. • Contract Terms: This is an initial 12-month contract. Based on performance, we intend to offer contract extensions or transition successful candidates into formal, full-time employment.
