Full Stack Developer - Assistant·e HES académique

About the Role

Full Stack Developer – Assistant·e HES académique at the Media Engineering Institute (MEI) of the Haute École d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud.
The Alba Sim research axis conducts R&D projects in Serious Games and Simulations, developing digital simulations and games for training and research in sectors such as medical and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop serious games and simulations.
• Develop and maintain the platform for creating games.
• Participate in research activities and contribute to publications.

Requirements

• Title from a university of applied sciences in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• Very good knowledge of Java, SQL, and server administration.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
• Good level of English in addition to French.
• Minimum 3 years of development experience.

Contract Details

• Activity rate: 100 %
• Start date: 1 May 2026 or as agreed
• Contract duration: 1 year, renewable up to a maximum of 5 years.
