We're looking for a developer who can seamlessly blend modern frontend frameworks with robust backend engineering, while contributing to architecture, system design, and full lifecycle development.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and server‑side technologies.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend interfaces with back‑end services for seamless, high‑performance functionality.
- Engineer scalable application architectures and contribute to system‑level design decisions.
- Implement secure coding practices, classification marking tools, and access control functionality.
- Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks to develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, backend engineers, and data scientists to create cohesive, end‑to‑end user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code, including unit tests and quality‑assurance validation.
- Perform troubleshooting across the entire stack—diagnosing and resolving issues from the UI layer down to the database or API level.
- Lead development efforts on new capabilities, reusable components, and internal tooling.
- Contribute to DevOps workflows using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management tools.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Review and test software components for adherence to requirements and document results.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into individual software components and architectures.
- Mentor junior developers and help improve team processes and best practices.
- Work independently or in a collaborative team environment while ensuring high‑quality technical outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 3+ years with a Master's; OR 0 years with a PhD/JD; OR 9+ years relevant experience with a high school diploma.
- Current Secret U.S. Government security clearance, with ability to upgrade.
- U.S. citizenship (required).
- Experience across the software stack, including front‑end frameworks (Vue, React, Angular) and backend development.
- Ability to obtain IATT Level 2 Compliance (Security+, CySA+, SSCP) within 60 days.
