A purpose-driven organisation is looking for a self-motivated Software Developer to join a technology team focused on building systems that support large-scale operations and data-driven campaigns across South Africa. Duties & Responsibilities

This role suits someone who wants to use technology to create real-world impact while working in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end and back-end systems aligned to organisational objectives.

• Build web applications using React and Node.js.

• Support the deployment and ongoing use of the organisation’s software infrastructure.

• Extract, transform, and analyse operational data for reporting purposes.

• Develop systems to track project and campaign performance.

• Support internal users with technical solutions.

• Contribute to improving development pipelines, deployment processes, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a relevant practical qualification.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development using JavaScript / TypeScript.

• At least 1 years' experience developing front-ends with React and back-ends using Node.js.

• Experience with SQL databases.

• Understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practice.

• Knowledge of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
