As a Full Stack Engineer at Better-Health Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and development of our digital healthcare platform. You will work closely with the product and design teams to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that integrate AI-driven diagnostics, appointment booking, and real-time health tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable web and mobile applications that integrate with healthcare data systems.
• Design secure and compliant APIs for patient records, telehealth features, and AI-powered analytics.
• Implement front-end components using AngularJS and Next.js to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Develop back-end services using Go/Python for high performance.
• Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Firebase to securely store and manage patient data.
• Ensure HIPAA/GDPR-compliant security practices for handling sensitive healthcare information.
• Optimize app performance, scalability, and integration with third-party healthcare APIs.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and healthcare professionals to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following Agile methodologies.
• Conduct code reviews and implement testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end).
