Responsibilities: • Contribute to full-stack development of web and mobile applications using NextJS, Expo, and related technologies. • Assist in the development of scalable solutions, ensuring maintainable, high-quality code. • Collaborate with the team lead and other internal stakeholders, helping to deliver key features, shape product direction, and make technical recommendations.

Requirements: • Location: Based in Nigeria, fluent in English (written and spoken). • Availability: Full-time (40 hrs/week), remote, long-term commitment; EST aligned. • Experience: 2-3 years of experience building full-stack applications with React/NextJS, Node.js, and TypeScript. • Mobile Development: Hands-on experience with Expo / React Native, delivering production-grade mobile apps. • Web Development: 2-3 years of experience working with production web apps. Proven track record in responsive, performant, and scalable web app development, including REST APIs and database design. • Backend Management: experience working with server-side architectures, APIs, and database integrations. • AWS Expertise: Practical experience deploying, configuring, and managing applications on AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront). • Proactivity: Demonstrated track record of taking initiative, solving problems independently, and owning outcomes. • Organizational Skills: Strong task management skills; avoids last-minute chaos by thinking ahead. • Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional, remote teams, using tools like GitHub, Jira, Slack, and Loom. • Tech Stack: Familiar with or willing to adopt our T3 Turbo approach (NextJS, tRPC, Drizzle, TailwindCSS, Expo, TypeScript).
