Full Stack Developer (React Developer)

Responsibilities

• Lead application discovery and technical assessments (frontend, backend, databases, middleware, APIs).
• Evaluate legacy systems; define modernization, refactoring, and cloud migration strategies.
• Architect and implement containerization solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native designs.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployments.
• Modernize monolithic applications into microservices-based architectures.
• Develop secure authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, IAM roles).
• Implement IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) for scalable deployments.
• Oversee database migration, performance tuning, and cloud storage transitions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, observability (ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog).
• Lead go-live activities, troubleshooting, and production stabilization.
• Mentor junior developers; contribute to technical standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ yrs full stack development (enterprise or cloud)
• Frontend: React, Angular, Vue; Backend: Node.js, Java, .NET, Python
• Proven cloud migration/application modernization leadership
• Docker, Kubernetes containerization & orchestration
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (IaaS, PaaS, serverless)
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, automated testing
• Microservices architecture, API-first design
• Secure coding, identity management, compliance
