Full Stack Developer (React + FastAPI)

You will be working as a Full Stack Engineer in a remote position with working hours from 1 pm to 10 pm Mon - Fri. Below are the details of your role:

**Role Overview:** You will be responsible for developing advanced applications in a regulated environment, specifically in pharma clinical development and R&D. Your main tasks will involve enhancing scalability, improving code quality, and optimizing solution design for production readiness.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain front-end applications using React in Vite - Build and optimize back-end services with Python using FastAPI - Deploy and maintain front-end applications on Kubernetes (AWS EKS) - Collaborate closely with data science, data engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate CICD and AI-driven pipelines - Contribute to system architecture and design for scalability and performance - Engage confidently with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

**Qualifications:** - Proven experience in full-stack development with React, Vite, Python, and FastAPI - Strong understanding of AI-accelerated development and contemporary software practices - Excellent collaboration and communication skills - Ability to work in fast-paced environments - Prior experience in pharma or similar regulated industries is a plus - Understanding of UX practices is a plus - Experience integrating front-end applications with Databricks is advantageous - Experience scaling front-end applications with AI components for performance is a plus
