Job Overview

FinVise AI Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for motivated Full Stack Developers with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience who are eager to work on real-world production systems in fintech, sports-tech, and AI-driven platforms.

This role includes an initial evaluation and training period, after which high-performing candidates may be offered a full-time position.

Selection Process

This role begins with a 3-month evaluation and training period designed to assess technical skills, performance, and team fit.

Compensation is applicable upon successful conversion to a full-time role. Candidates who meet performance expectations during this period may be offered a full-time position within the specified salary range.

What You'll Work On • Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React / Next.js • Build and integrate backend APIs using Node.js / Python • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) • Work on real fintech, sports-tech, and AI product features • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of applications • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship real features

Required Skills & Experience • 6 months to 2 years of full stack development experience • Strong front-end fundamentals (React / Next.js preferred) • Experience with backend development using Node.js / Python • Familiarity with REST API design and integration • Basic knowledge of cloud deployment and hosting • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus • Basic understanding of finance, stock markets, or trading concepts is a bonus • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
