We at P.A.C. GmbH combine over 20 years of experience with innovation and sustainability. As a family-run company from Schweinfurt, we develop and produce high-quality technical textiles that rely on modern technologies and sustainable materials. With passion and creative ideas, we work on the continuous further development of our products and set standards in the textile sector – and perhaps soon with you!

Responsibilities

As part of our development team, you will ensure that the right solutions are available at the right time – in optimal quality and with a focus on sustainable, scalable software architecture and strategic further development of our systems.

• New and further development of our innovative web apps (Vue.js, TypeScript, PWA) in the production and logistics environment
• New and further development of our GraphQL backend in TypeScript (Apollo Server, MongoDB) and connection of external services (Microsoft Graph, AWS S3, Pusher, and many more)
• Development and support of the products used here and their various interfaces
• Independent implementation of innovative ideas as well as exciting topics and projects

Qualifications

• A completed degree in computer science (business informatics), an apprenticeship as an application developer (Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung), or another exciting professional background forms the basis.
• Sound knowledge of languages such as Vue.js and TypeScript is available and actively used.
• You have experience in the creation and support of complex web applications and can demonstrate this through interesting projects.
• Independent, careful, and structured work is just as much a part of it as a genuine interest in topics related to Production Made in Germany 4.0 – and you don't shy away from "documentation".
• You have team spirit, enthusiasm, a sense of responsibility, and the desire to tackle and try out new things.
• You speak and write fluent German and English
