Full Stack Engineer (80% Angular & 20% Java)

Position Title: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: Iselin, NJ (Onsite 3 days/week)

Duration: 6–24 Months Contract to Hire

Rate: $75/hr on W2

Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD

Interview: 2 Rounds

Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in Angular (70–80%) and solid backend experience in Java (20–30%). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building modern web applications using Angular, along with backend development using Java Spring Framework.

This role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities • Design and develop responsive UI components using Angular • Build and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot • Develop reusable, efficient, and scalable front-end architecture • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues • Follow best practices for performance optimization and security

Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (70–80% focus) • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC • Experience building REST APIs • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript • Experience with Git or other version control systems • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills • Experience with microservices architecture • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks • Experience working in Agile environment
