Full-Stack Engineer (AI focus)

About the product

A Saas platform for beauty and welness service industry. The web version is live and currently in real-user pilot testing. We are continuing to improve Web, Backend, and AI features, and will gradually expand to mobile.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to core product development across Web, Backend, and AI features.
• Build backend, automation, data-processing, and AI features in Python.
• Integrate and refine AI capabilities — LLM API integration, chat / voice systems, workflow automation.
• Collaborate with the existing engineering team to improve features, stability, and UX.
• Iterate quickly based on real user feedback.

Must-have

• 3+ years of full-stack experience, with at least one production product shipped end-to-end.
• Strong Python 3 + Django (4.x) with real project experience.
• Proficient with TypeScript + Next.js / React.
• PostgreSQL schema design and hands-on usage.
• REST API design and basic system architecture.
• Production experience integrating LLM APIs — not just demos.
• Comfortable with Git / PR / CI workflows.
• Values testing — uses pytest (or equivalent) to write tests that catch real bugs.
• Self-driven; can move work forward when requirements are not fully spec’d.

Nice-to-have

• Third-party integrations: payments (Stripe), voice / SMS (Twilio).
• Voice AI pipeline experience (STT / LLM / TTS).
• GCP + Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
• Comfortable on Linux / Ubuntu — SSH, reading logs, debugging systemd services.
• Android / iOS development experience.
• Early-stage startup experience.

Work arrangement

• Initially remote-first.
• Will transition to on-site / hybrid once the project stabilizes — GTA preferred.
• Direct collaboration with the core team on product and technical decisions.

Ideal candidate

• Writes code and understands product logic.
• Understands real-world AI implementation — not just the buzzwords.
• Can drive development when requirements are still evolving.
• Bonus: early-stage or rapid-iteration project experience.
