About the role

We are looking for a smart, hands‑on engineer who can help us build and launch websites, landing pages, AI‑powered tools, automations, and integrations quickly.

You will work across website development, custom web features, AI‑powered applications, RAG/chatbot use cases, workflow automations, and system integrations. You should be comfortable using modern AI‑assisted and agentic development tools as part of your day‑to‑day workflow, while still being able to review, improve, debug, and deploy what gets built.

You will work under business and strategic direction from our side. We are not looking for someone to define the product strategy independently. We are looking for someone who can build fast, build well, and turn ideas into working systems.

What you will do

• Build and launch landing pages, service pages, product pages, and other website assets quickly
• Work across both WordPress and custom‑coded web development, depending on the use case
• Use AI coding and agentic development tools to accelerate delivery across websites, web apps, automations, and integrations
• Turn rough requirements, drafts, and AI‑generated code into usable, production‑ready outputs
• Build custom web features, forms, workflows, and lightweight applications where standard CMS tools are not enough
• Help implement AI‑powered applications and features, including chatbot and RAG‑based use cases
• Build and maintain integrations across systems such as Zoho, ClickUp, Gmail, WhatsApp, Microsoft tools, website forms, and funnel tools
• Create automations and workflow logic to reduce manual work and improve execution speed
• Deploy, test, troubleshoot, and maintain websites, applications, and integrations
• Help create reusable components, templates, and technical patterns that improve output speed over time
• Document technical setup, deployment steps, and implementation logic clearly enough for continuity

What we are looking for

• Strong hands‑on ability in full‑stack web development
• Good working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend development such as React, Next.js, or similar
• Backend capability using Node.js or similar tools
• Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, forms, and integrations
• Ability to deploy and maintain live websites or web applications
• Comfort working across WordPress as well as more custom‑coded implementations
• Experience using AI‑assisted and agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, Antigravity, or similar
• Ability to review, fix, refactor, and productionize AI‑generated code rather than blindly accepting it
• Strong problem‑solving ability and willingness to work in a fast‑moving environment with evolving requirements
• Good judgment, strong ownership of execution, and the ability to work with direction rather than needing everything perfectly defined

Preferred

• Experience with chatbot, RAG, or AI‑powered application use cases
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and AI workflow patterns
• Familiarity with automation tools or orchestration platforms
• Experience connecting business systems such as CRM, project management, inbox, communication, and document tools
• Experience building pages that are both SEO‑aware and conversion‑oriented
• Experience working in a remote team
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or simple admin interfaces

Not a fit if

• You are mainly a WordPress page builder without stronger technical depth
• You are mainly a frontend/UI developer with weak backend or integration ability
• You rely heavily on AI tools but cannot explain, debug, or clean up the output
• You prefer very narrowly defined tickets and are uncomfortable working in a fast, iterative build environment
• You are looking only for a pure support, maintenance, or helpdesk‑type IT role

• AI‑assisted development leads to real output, not messy prototypes
• Integrations and automations reduce manual work across the business
• RAG/chatbot and AI‑powered features become usable and connected to actual workflows

Compensation

• INR 9 LPA to 12 LPA
• Pay: ₹900,000.00 – ₹1,200,000.00 per year
