The Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our fast-scaling AI healthcare company in Paris. The role is hybrid. We are building innovative product experiences across web, desktop, backend, frontend, and infrastructure, and we work closely with Product, ML, and Design teams in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Experience with backend APIs and services using Kotlin or Java, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with frontend development using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Infrastructure exposure with GCP, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Writes clean, maintainable code and applies strong engineering principles.
• Can work in a hybrid model in Paris or travel as supported for non-Paris candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build product features across web and desktop applications.
• Develop backend APIs and services.
• Develop frontend features and interfaces.
• Work in cross-functional squads with Product, ML, and Design.
• Contribute to our infrastructure stack.
• Write clean and maintainable code following strong engineering principles.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary: €80k–€120k plus equity.
• Hybrid work model: Paris candidates work onsite two days per week. Non-Paris candidates are supported with travel and stay for two days every two weeks.
