Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

A fast-growing, bootstrapped B2B SaaS startup in the home services automation space is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help build an AI-powered back-office platform. You'll work directly with the founding team to shape the product from end to end — spanning customer outreach, scheduling, technician dispatch, and workflow automation. This is a high-impact role at an early-stage company delivering real-time AI-driven operations software to home services businesses.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React, Python, and FastAPI.
• Develop customer-facing interfaces and internal tools for scheduling, routing, and workflow automation.
• Integrate with third-party systems including CRMs, dispatching tools, and phone/messaging APIs.
• Design and implement APIs and backend services powering real-time AI automation.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team to prioritize features and ship rapidly.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/React and Python/FastAPI.
• Experience working in an early-stage startup environment (seed-funded, team of 1–10).
• Product- and customer-minded — you think about outcomes, not just output.
• Strong computer science fundamentals.
• Interest in AI, automation, or the home services industry is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $90,000 – $180,000 USD annually
• Visa sponsorship available

Location

Fully remote, open to candidates based in the EU (including Switzerland, France, Poland, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and Ukraine). Primary time zone alignment: EU.
