Full Stack Engineer - Mid Level

Key Responsibilities

• Supports Product management and prioritizing requirements for Deliverable planning & implementation.
• Ensure alignment of technical requirements with business objectives.
• Incorporates both technical and non-technical requirements.
• Proactively and appropriately escalates issues to other teammates and leadership in a timely manner.
• Able to facilitate decision making conversations with stakeholders and drive to a conclusion.
• Identify potential problems before they arise.
• Engages in continuous improvement activities.
• Detail-oriented and thinks holistically and comprehensively when planning, considering not only functional area tasks but also communication tasks, stakeholder meetings, building buy-in, change management, etc.
• Analyzes trends and patterns to predict future issues and develops and implements preventive measures.
• Ensures systems and processes are in place to avoid recurrence.
• Adapts to rapidly evolving, ambiguous situations in a constructive manner, working cross-functionally and seeking support to improve the environment for the team.
• Able to adapt priorities in changing or ambiguous circumstances with guidance from workstream & program leaders.

• Foster reputation with the client for collaboration, escalating issues early & with proposed solutions aligned with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Background in government grants management of IT and/or large-scale federal projects preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage integration and coordination across multiple platforms/systems.
• Familiarity with GitHub, Confluence and other Agile & Open-Source project tools.
• Required: Python (Flask), React (NextJS), Storybook, Playwright
• Required: Bachelor's Degree + 3 year of experience
• Desirable: USWDS, Postgres
