• Automates inbound and outbound calls
• Integrates with CRM, calendar, and backend systems

• Runs GDPR-compliant on infrastructure in Germany

Your Mission

You will develop and scale our Voice AI platform further – from API to UI.

You will operate in the interdisciplinary field of AI, SaaS, real-time communication, and marketing integration.

Your Tasks

• Development and further development of our Voice AI platform (TrendVoice)
• Design and implementation of scalable backend systems (APIs, services, data pipelines)
• Development of modern frontends for internal tools & customer dashboards
• Integration of external systems (e.g., CRM, calendar, VoIP, messaging)
• Processing of real-time data (e.g., call events, NLP/LLM responses)
• Collaboration with marketing, product, and customer projects
• Technical shaping of our AI strategy

Your Profile

Must-have:

• Several years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Very good knowledge in:
  • Backend: Node.js, Python, or comparable
  • Frontend: React, Vue, or comparable
• Experience with API design (REST, Webhooks, possibly GraphQL)
• Understanding of scalable cloud architectures
• Clean, structured code and ownership mindset

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with AI/LLMs or Conversational Interfaces
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, or real-time communication
• DevOps know-how (Docker, CI/CD, Cloud)
• Experience in the SaaS environment
