About HUSATECH

HUSATECH is a growing e-commerce company for solar and photovoltaic products. We sell off-grid and on-grid solar systems to private customers and businesses — and are simultaneously building the digital infrastructure that makes this possible.

We are building our own software — and we need you for it.

Your Role

You will work closely with our AI developer, who designs strategic and operational processes. You complement each other: He thinks in strategy, workflows, and AI architecture — you bring the technical implementation.

From day 1, you will make architectural decisions. HUSATECH is a young company on the move — much is just being created. This means: responsibility, freedom, and real teamwork.

Everyday life is varied. Some days require focused work and creative solutions. On others, analysis is the focus — understanding errors, questioning processes, finding the right direction together. Both are part of the role.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own Software & Tools — Develop internal applications, databases, and platforms that drive HUSATECH operationally.
• JTL Shop & ERP — Optimize and expand our online shop and connected systems.
• Processes & Workflows — Improve and integrate existing workflows, interfaces, and automations.
• AI Integration — Integrate and further develop AI tools in development processes and business operations.
• Infrastructure — Help manage a productive server landscape including Docker, Linux servers, Nginx, systemd.

What you bring:

Technical Skills:

• Solid experience in full-stack development — backend and frontend.
• Mid-level to Senior — Practical experience from real projects, not just theory.
• In-depth understanding of databases, software architecture, and API interfaces.
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills — exchange is central to us, not optional.

AI is an integral part of our way of working. We develop with AI — not for its own sake, but because it makes us faster and better. Ideally, you already have experience with AI tools in development. If not, we will train you. What matters is your openness to actively use AI as a tool and to think ahead.

Our Tech Stack:

• Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui
• Backend: Python (Flask), Gunicorn
• Databases: MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM
• Infrastructure: Docker, Linux (Debian), Nginx, systemd
• Automation: n8n, Bash Scripting
• Testing & QA: pytest, ruff, mypy
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• AI Tools: Claude Code, AI APIs
• E-Commerce: JTL-WaWi, JTL-Shop

Not every technology needs to be mastered from the start — willingness to learn counts.

Desirable, but not a must:

• Experience with JTL-Shop and JTL-WaWi
• Experience with AI systems and AI tools in daily development
• Automation with n8n or scripting
• Docker and container-based deployments
• Linux server administration
