Introduction

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Retail Vehicle Management Services (RVMS) product team.

This role is focused on the central "vehicle" data entity within the retail and sales business, supporting critical sub-products such as Vehicle Search Service (VSS), Vehicle Booking Services (VBS), and Stock Search Frontends (SEAF/TASER).

• Location: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office Rotation

The Mission: You will lead the technical evolution and quality assurance of the RVMS suite, ensuring that global retail vehicle data is searchable, bookable, and integrated across various sales frontends.

This role involves a strong focus on technical testing, lifecycle management, and the coordination of development and support environments to maintain a high-performance retail landscape.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse a process from start to finish.

• Defining and implementing test plans.

• Planning and effort estimation for test case execution.

• Collaborate with other test analysts, developers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external vendors.

• Act as a point of contact between Developers and other Testers.

• Coordinate test data creation with the developers and test analysts.

• Ensure appropriate test environment access levels for testers.

• Manual, Functional, Frontend, Backend, Technical Testing including test scripting and execution thereof.

• Scripting for automation (ensuring that scripting is done in a manner that is ready for handover to automation).

• Regression Testing.

• Security and Reliability Testing.

• Performance Testing.

• Path and Condition Testing.
