Position Overview
We are excited to announce that we are expanding our talented team and are seeking a dedicated .NET Developer! This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting an extensive, ongoing initiative for the Pennsylvania State Government.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a software maintenance team to develop and sustain solutions tailored to client specifications.
- Engage in application requirement discussions and design review meetings.
- Maintain solution modules effectively.
- Conduct testing workflows on code and document results comprehensively.
- Participate in project status meetings as necessary.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Math, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in developing web applications within enterprise architectures.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, particularly Angular and/or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS APIs and ESRI web application builder framework and SDK.
- Experience working with REST and SOAP services.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with ESRI's Python library.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong task and timeline management skills.
Preferred:
- Development experience with .NET technologies (C# and VB.NET).
- Experience with relational database management systems.
- Familiarity with SQL; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Experience with ArcGIS Server is desirable.
Physical Demands
- Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively while adhering to ADA and other standards.
- Primarily sedentary work that requires sitting for extended periods and occasional movement for meetings.
- Capable of conducting repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse and keyboard.

Compensation
$75,000 - $85,000 per year. The pay may vary based on experience, education, and location. We offer competitive benefit packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement access, paid time off, and potential paid sick leave.
