North Point Technology is hiring a mission-focused Full Stack Platform Engineer (Angular / Spring / Kubernetes) to help deploy, secure, and operate GEOINT visualization services that support on-demand access to critical data and products across the Federal Government.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive front-end applications using JavaScript/TypeScript with a focus on Angular frameworks.
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using the Java Spring Framework and Python where appropriate.
• Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes environments using Docker containers, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Operate within Linux/RHEL systems, handling configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and enforce version control best practices using Git.
• Integrate development workflows with JIRA and Confluence to support Agile delivery and documentation standards.
• Monitor system health and performance using Zabbix, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate across engineering teams to improve system architecture, security, and operational efficiency.

• Exposure to secure coding practices and application hardening
