The Role

We’re hiring a high-velocity, AI-powered full-stack developer to:

• Build automation tools that streamline internal operations
• Rapidly implement UX improvements alongside our designer
• Ship small-to-mid sized features quickly
• Leverage AI tools to dramatically increase development speed
• Turn ideas into production-ready features fast

This is NOT a maintenance role.

You’ll be shipping impactful improvements every week.

What You’ll Work On

You’ll operate at the intersection of product, UX, automation, and AI-assisted development:

Internal Operations Automation

• Build tools that reduce manual workflows
• Improve admin dashboards & internal processes
• Implement AI-driven productivity features
• Create internal tooling that saves hours of manual work

UX-Driven Development

• Work closely with our UX designer
• Implement UI polish and micro-interactions
• Translate Figma into production quickly
• Ship fast iteration cycles on usability improvements

Product Features

• Ship high-impact features end-to-end
• Improve reliability, performance, and usability
• Iterate rapidly based on real user feedback

AI-First Engineering Culture (Important)

We operate in an AI-augmented development environment.

This role is ideal for great developers who:

• Use AI coding tools daily (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Know how to prompt effectively and iterate fast
• Think in terms of leverage, automation, and productivity
• Can ship significantly faster by utilizing modern AI workflows

We are not looking for traditional slow-cycle developers.

We want fast adapters who embrace AI as a core part of their workflow.

Tech Stack

Typical work involves:

• Node.js / TypeScript
• PostgreSQL
• React / Expo
• AWS infrastructure
• REST APIs & integrations

You don’t need to be a senior at everything — but you must be able to learn fast and adapt quickly.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
