Requirements

• Strong Full-Stack Foundation: 5+ years of experience building production-grade applications.
• Technical Versatility: Deep proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, or Java/Kotlin) and modern frontend frameworks (React is highly preferred).
• Self-Driven Independence: A proven track record of working effectively in small, autonomous teams.
• Cloud & Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Security Interest (as a plus): A strong interest in the security domain or prior experience with security automation tools (SAST/DAST, SIEM, SOAR) is advantageous.
• Quality Craftsmanship: A commitment to clean code, scalability, and building systems that are as secure as they are performant.

Responsibilities

• Design and Own End-to-End Solutions: Lead the architectural design and implementation of full-stack features.
• Build the Security Platform: Develop tools and platforms for automating threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Enable the Organization: Act as a technical partner to various teams, building shared infrastructure and automation.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Maintain a high bar for code quality, automated testing, and system reliability.
• Champion You Build It, You Run It: Own the full lifecycle of your services using modern CI/CD practices.
• Mentor & Influence: Share your full-stack expertise with the wider security organization, fostering a strong engineering culture.
