As a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the AI Workflow & SaaS Platform, your role involves designing and building a scalable system architecture for an AI-driven industry-focused SaaS platform that integrates workflow automation, execution engines, dashboards, reporting, integrations, and AI orchestration. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Role Overview: - Architect and build a modular SaaS platform supporting multi-tenant structure, multi-stage workflows, AI control panels, cross-channel execution, reporting, and AI orchestration. - Collaborate with founders and AI Lead to extend intelligence capabilities on the platform. - Hands-on role with real system ownership and potential growth into platform leadership.

Key Responsibilities: - Design and build core SaaS foundation with features like multi-tenant architecture, user & organization management, RBAC, audit logs, API versioning, and more. - Develop workflow & process engine with configurable workflows, state management, branching logic, task tracking, and process logging. - Implement execution & integration framework with third-party API connectors, webhooks, async job processing, and AI integration layer. - Create dashboards & reporting backend support with aggregated metrics, historical data tracking, and export-ready reporting architecture. - Manage cloud infrastructure primarily on GCP, including Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, IAM configuration, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging.

Qualifications Required: - 811 years of software engineering experience with a focus on SaaS products and backend engineering. - Proficiency in Node.Js/TypeScript, React/Next.Js, PostgreSQL, ORM (Prisma), caching strategies, and DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD. - Experience in building workflow/process-driven systems, cloud deployments, and AI integration. - Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset.
