Schedule and Work Details

  • Location: R&E
  • Telework: Not specified (onsite expected)
  • Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, standard day shift
  • Clearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active)

Here's What Your Day‑to‑Day Might Include

  • Gather requirements and enhance existing corporate software tools
  • Collaborate directly with customers and analysts to understand mission needs and automate workflows
  • Design and implement user‑friendly interfaces that simplify data interaction and visualization
  • Build and integrate Python‑based services and APIs for backend support
  • Contribute to and extend team applications and infrastructure across multiple systems and technology stacks
  • Create innovative data visualizations and task automation solutions
  • Manage the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, from concept to delivery
  • Support system documentation and ongoing sustainment of production tools

Minimum Qualifications

Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of software engineering experience
  • OR sixteen (16) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Required Skills

  • Experience developing with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Proficiency with UI frameworks such as React
  • Strong Python development skills, including scripting and backend services
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQLite
  • Experience with Python ORM frameworks (Django or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Docker containerization
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to work collaboratively in small, cross‑functional teams across diverse technology stacks

Desired Skills

  • Prior experience supporting CNO missions or operations
  • Understanding of network protocols and cyber data sets
  • Knowledge of 508 compliance in UI design
  • Experience analyzing cybersecurity or SIGINT data (network traffic, OS events, etc.)
  • Familiarity with end‑to‑end SIGINT collection and analysis systems

Compensation Range

$199,000.00 – $262,000.00

  • The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
