Must-Have Skills

• Playwright expertise (2+ years): Playwright Test runner, fixtures, trace viewer, network mocking, parallelization, test retries, screenshots/video, locators. • Programming: Strong in TypeScript/JavaScript; familiarity with Node.Js ecosystem. • Automation Design: POM/Screenplay, DRY utilities, modular test design, reusable fixtures. • CI/CD: Git-based workflows, pipelines, caching, artifact mgmt, test sharding. • Quality Mindset: Root-cause analysis, flaky test mitigation, stability engineering. • Team Leadership: Mentoring, backlog planning, estimation, stakeholder communication. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience). • 5–10+ years in QA/SDET roles, including 2–4 years in a lead capacity. • Proven delivery of a Playwright-based framework at product scale.
