Program Manager with Oracle Cloud support and implementation experience

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and governing Oracle Cloud support and implementation programs, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud HCM and Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM). This role involves end‑to‑end program ownership, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and value realization across multiple projects and workstreams. Program Manager is expected to work from client location in Charlotte.

Key Skills / Experience

• 12–18 years of overall IT/ERP experience, with 5+ years in a Program Manager or Senior Delivery role.
• Proven experience managing large Oracle Cloud HCM and FSCM support and transformation programs.
• Experience managing Support engagements with teams across locations.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and FSCM business processes.
• Experience with integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP), data migration, and reporting (OTBI, BIP).
• Knowledge of finance, HR, and supply chain process best practices.
• Strong risk, dependency, and change management capabilities.
• Executive‑level communication and presentation skills.
• Strong decision‑making, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
