Pay Range

• $65hr - $70hr

Requirements / Must Have

• 5+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong experience in visual design and front-end development.
• Ability to create mockups and prototypes for design leadership review.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, animation, and design patterns.
• Experience creating pixel-perfect visual designs using modern web standards and technologies.
• Ability to execute creative projects from concept through deployment.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Ability to solve technical problems and adapt to changing content across channels.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with core CMS functions.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in front-end design and web execution.
• Experience creating and implementing visual designs for web-based marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional creative, marketing, and product teams.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end implementation.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools preferred.
• Experience with Figma preferred.
• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute creative projects with an emphasis on visual design, interaction, and front-end code.
• Participate in creative briefings and assist in the development and execution of creative concepts independently and collaboratively.
• Determine solutions and alternatives when necessary and present them to key business stakeholders.
• Ensure mockups and prototypes are prepared for review by design leadership.
• Apply strong design skills, including layout, typography, animation, and design patterns, across web-based marketing campaigns.
• Create visually compelling, pixel-perfect designs using the latest standards and technologies.
• Think strategically across platforms to solve technical problems and manage changing content across channels.
• Support and align with marketing initiatives to ensure continuity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, project managers, product managers, content strategists, and copywriters to conceptualize, prototype, build, test, and publish content.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Should Have

• Entertainment industry experience preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript preferred.
• Figma experience preferred.
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience beyond Photoshop is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of SEO preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, storytelling, and problem-solving abilities preferred.
