Hugely Successful Early Stage LawTech Startup the traction is the kind you rarely see: revenue up 4x+ in the last four months, ARR doubled in two, a freshly closed Series A, and a product that already outperforms practicing lawyers in third-party evaluations.

They have access to proprietary legal data that foundation model providers simply can't get to which means that engineers are building agents that genuinely exceed human-level accuracy on real legal work.

What you'll do:

• Shipping product features and building reliable, production-grade applications across the full stack (TypeScript, Python, React)
• Building intuitive UI/UX for AI-native workflows integrating LLMs and agentic architectures
• Prototyping and iterating rapidly on zero-to-one features in close partnership with founders and legal experts
• Owning your work end-to-end — from weekly prioritization sessions to production deployment
• Contributing across product engineering and infrastructure as the team scales

What we're looking for:

• 1–5 years of full-stack or product engineering experience at a Series A+ high-growth startup, with tenure through at least one funding transition
• Has shipped production-quality features end-to-end from product-facing UI to backend systems and infrastructure
• Proficient in TypeScript and Python; production experience with React
• Exposure to LLM APIs, agentic workflows, or AI-native product patterns (streaming, long-running tasks)
• Exposure to a reputable large tech company via internship or full-time experience
• 4-year CS degree (or equivalent technical degree)
• Demonstrable product sense and passion for building (GitHub, personal projects, or portfolio)
• High agency and reliability — able to own problems and deliver without hand-holding
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate; fully on-site in Manhattan 5 days a week
