Fullstack Engineer Identity & Authentication Systems (m/w/d) - J21020

Overview

You will develop modern applications to support access and authentication functions in an interdisciplinary team. You will design solutions across the entire lifecycle from idea to rollout and manage technical quality and performance. In your work, you will use technology groups such as backend technologies Python, Java, or C#, frontend technologies like Angular or modern web technologies, and relational databases like MS-SQL or PostgreSQL. The work location is Recklinghausen with good connections to the wider regional commuter network.

Your Tasks

• Develop new backend and frontend functions using backend technologies and modern web frameworks
• Accompany all development phases from conception to productive delivery
• Optimize performance and user guidance through targeted improvements in code and architectural decisions
• Define and coordinate interfaces between backend, frontend, and external components
• Support the team in test concepts, code reviews, and quality assurance measures
• Document technical solutions and contribute to release planning

Your Profile

• Completed degree or comparable IT qualification
• Several years of experience in backend development with C# or Python and relational databases such as MS-SQL
• Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Proficiency in using version control and container environments, e.g., Git and Docker, as well as cloud or CI/CD platforms like Azure or similar
• Structured, solution-oriented work style and enjoyment of teamwork with interdisciplinary interfaces
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
