Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to own and ship end-to-end features independently, from backend services to polished React interfaces, ideally as an early or founding engineer at a startup.
- Solid hands-on experience with Python on the backend and TypeScript/React/Tailwind on the frontend.
- Practical knowledge of integrating and orchestrating LLM providers, building AI pipelines, and managing state machines in production environments.
- Ability to talk directly to customers, identify problems, and translate them into shipped solutions fast.
- You know when to build the right abstraction and when to just ship. You take full accountability for everything you build, from Terraform to UI.
Responsibilities
- Build sleek React interfaces that make complex AI agents intuitive for non technical users.
- Architect and maintain Python services that orchestrate LLMs, handle state machines and integrate with legacy infrastructure.
- Own the full vertical of every feature you ship, from infrastructure and backend logic to frontend and deployment.
- Act as the bridge between AI capabilities and real world workflows, turning messy email based processes into clean automated transactions.
- Manage and evolve the orchestration layer that enables AI agents to negotiate, quote, and execute high-value travel bookings autonomously.
- Contribute to infrastructure decisions on AWS using Docker, from initial Terraform scripts to production reliability.
